Each UAS website has a subsite within UAS collection on Sharepoint and this should be used to host documents to which the site links, but which should be behind SSO.
Documents which are not behind SSO should be uploaded to Mosaic. Webpages which are behind SSO can also be administered through Mosaic.
The lead editor of each site is an Owner of the subsite, and is responsible for maintaining the list of Members - these people can upload documents to that subsite, and edit documents which have been uploaded there. The list of people who can view the documents - referred to as Visitors - is administered centrally by IT Services. If a section needs to change its Owner, then they should contact email@example.com.
