Information on uploading to Sharepoint documents which should be behind SSO on UAS websites
Each UAS website has a library within UAS collection on Sharepoint and this should be used to host documents to which the site links, but which should be behind SSO.
Documents that are not behind SSO should be uploaded to Mosaic. Webpages that are behind SSO can also be administered through Mosaic.
The lead editor of each site is an Owner of the library, and is responsible for maintaining the list of Members - these people can upload documents to that library, and edit documents that have been uploaded there. The list of people who can view the documents - referred to as Visitors - is administered centrally by IT Services.
