Event plan – you can use this document to hold all up-to-date event information plus running order and a detailed timeline in which you break down all tasks that need to be done, and assign responsibility and deadlines for each.
Guest list – this template should be used to ensure you receive all the information you will need throughout the course of the event, not just for invitations. Hide columns you don’t feel will be necessary for your event.

Post-event evaluation – this template can be useful to complete as part of the event de-brief meeting. It ensures that not only are the key elements of the day reviewed i.e. catering, format, but also the planning process. Most importantly, it encourages measurement against the event's original objectives.
